WHY DELTA GAMMA

“Entering the recruitment process was daunting, especially as the first person in my family to experience it. Stepping into the Delta Gamma house I felt an immediate sense of belonging. People often talk about that unmistakable feeling when you’ve found your home, and I never thought it would happen to me. During the Sisterhood round, we were asked questions about the traits we sought in a sorority, and unsurprisingly, I found myself describing my little sister, Ava. Who is now my sorority sister as well and I could not be more thankful to love on all of the same people. Sisterhood is more than just a word in Delta Gamma; it’s a promise to be there for each other, to celebrate victories, and to provide unwavering support during challenging times. In Delta Gamma, I discovered the true meaning of sisterhood. Within these walls, I found a family away from home, a network of strong, empowering women who inspire and uplift each other. The importance of this sisterly bond cannot be overstated. It’s a lifeline, a source of strength. Delta Gamma has taught me the value of genuine friendships, reminding me that having a support system is not just a luxury but a necessity in life. As I continue my journey in Delta Gamma, I am profoundly grateful for this sisterhood. It has given me the courage to embrace challenges, the confidence to pursue my dreams, and the comfort of knowing that I have a group of incredible women standing by my side.
